The project asked for new furnishing solutions and living accessories that could be sold at Maryline and Corinne Brustolin‘s concept store FR66 in Paris. Our solution for a new heating object is unconventional but intuitive: we extracted a heating cable of 20 meters length from a standard heating blanket and plaited a wool cover that is made from cotton yarn around it. The user can now plug in the cable into an electric socket and directly use the heat source – knit a scarf out of it, weave it into a seating cushion or wrap it around one’s feet.
